For fully customized products with sublimation or complex embroidery, the MOQ may be 300–500 pieces. We understand that startups and small brands need flexibility, so we work with you to find solutions that fit your budget and timeline.

Lead times depend on order complexity and volume. Sample production typically takes 5–7 business days. For bulk orders, standard production runs take 3–4 weeks after sample approval. Rush orders can be accommodated with 2–3 week turnaround for an additional fee.

Our sampling process begins with your design specifications or tech pack. We create initial samples within 5–7 days and ship them to you for approval. You can request modifications, and we will produce revised samples at no additional cost for the first two rounds.

We offer comprehensive customization including sublimation printing, screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, DTF printing, silicone printing, and puff printing. You can customize colors, add logos, change fabric compositions, modify sizing, and create completely custom designs.

We handle global shipping to over 50 countries. We work with major carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS for air freight, and offer sea freight for larger orders. All shipments include tracking numbers and insurance.

For new clients, we require 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment. Established clients can negotiate terms. We accept wire transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards.
